What is your experience in real estate and what led you to be a part of Platform Partners?
Getting to know a lot of people in different walks of life through producing music and art festivals got me into real estate. The systems I developed to make those festivals run smooth and stress free are what kept me in real estate. I am very much a pre production person focused on getting all the ducks in a row then having fun with the process. We wanted to create a team with a coop partnership vibe to it where all parties understood that systems that create freedom in your work are what build a magnetic energy.
What do you love about Spokane and the surrounding area?
Proximity to trails, rivers, mountains and the downtown atmosphere. There have been days where I have been mountain biking at Beacon, paddle boarded the Spokane River and skated to a show downtown all after 3pm.
What do you do when you aren’t working in real estate?
Laughing and adventuring with my daughter Lumen.
What is your experience in real estate and what led you to be a part of Platform Partners?
Since I was born and raised in Spokane, I feel as though I have a lot of knowledge and respect for this city, and how much it has grown. Real estate has always been an interest of mine and I am looking forward to helping others find their place to call home. This team shares a similar passion for the Spokane community which made the decision to join Platform Partners an easy one!
What do you love about Spokane and the surrounding area?
Spokane has a little bit of everything to offer for everyone. With plenty of restaurants and breweries around, there is a fun nightlife to be had in any corner of the city. The mountains, parks, and lakes in the area provide activities for the outdoors throughout all four seasons which is what really makes me love this city.
What do you do when you aren’t working in real estate?
You can find me enjoying the sun at Priest Lake in the summers or knee-deep in powder on Mt. Spokane or Silver in the winter!

What is your experience as a real estate agent and what lead you to be part of Platform Partners? For how long?
I have been in real estate for 20 years now. I am heavily involved with investment real estate in the Spokane area, with both my own properties and assisting clients in finding their own investments. I have owned and operated my own firm that included property management. In 2019, I decided that running the company took too much of my focus and passion away from living life. Patrick and I decided to create a team instead, bringing people in from all walks of life that work together for the common purpose of serving our community.
What do you love the most about Spokane?
The four true seasons that we get to experience.
What do you do when you aren’t closing deals?
Mostly spending time with my wife and 4 kids (including twin 4 year old boys). We love to travel and I am a die hard Seahawks’ fan.

What is your experience in real estate and what led you to be a part of Platform Partners?
I teamed up with Platform Partners for my love of goal setting and history of business ownership, social work and hospitality. I also previously worked with Patrick for many years on Terrain and I knew that our compatible working relationship would carry over into Real Estate. I also want to work with the best, most knowledgeable people who are also super fun to work with and I got it! Patrick, Jon, Hank and Joy are awesome, smart, fun and interesting people and I feel real lucky.
What do you love about Spokane and the surrounding area?
I love the commitment that this community has to making Spokane a great place to live. So much has happened in this city over the past 20 years and I only see it getting better. No small town anymore but it still feels that way!
What do you do when you aren’t closing deals?
Hanging out with my daughter and husband. I love to get outdoors, bike riding, hiking, swimming, going out to eat at our amazing restaurants and catching up with my girlfriends — I truly love taking advantage of the beauty and activities of our area.
